Appointment Deposits
A deposit of $100 is required in order to book your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable so please make sure to read all literature before booking your appointment. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their appointment up to 72 hours prior to the appointment time. If you cancel within the 72 hour period, you will be charged an inconvenience fee of 50% of the service cost.
If you would like to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be used for the new appointment.
If rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, the initial deposit is forfeited and another deposit is needed to secure a new date.
We understand that emergencies happen but please also respect your artist and their schedule as well!
